I am running ads and want to edit keywords because etsy ads are blowing through my budget on keywords I don't want. Already spent $80 before noon. My dashboard is glitching and will not show the whole page.
I've tried clearing cache and everything else, using different browsers etc. I've turn the ads off and then back on. It is only happened to certain listings that are being advertised.
I've tried contacted support via chat the other day and have yet to get a response in the chat popup. I've requested call backs to never receive a call.
No idea what to do at this point. I've only had issues with this platform since using it. Anyone having the same issues?
I'd attach a photo if I could but pretty much the border that surrounds the etsy ads, the text runs off behind and the text loads vertical instead of horizontal in some areas.
