Several times now, I have tried to send an initial message to my customer, and get the message "unable to send a message right now", to contact Etsy support. How, do I speak with an agent?

@Joanovarts Maybe I'm concerned for no reason, but I've never heard of a situation where the Message itself tells you to contact Etsy Support. There is no link that it wants you to click onto, is there? Because if there is, don't do it, just in case it's a Message from a Scammer (this has been happening quite a bit unfortunately).
@Joanovarts I just noticed something. You are a Star Seller, so you could use the Chat in your Dashboard (it's only open at certain times). You could try that.

Don't mind that the topic is different ("issue sell manage listings" versus Etsy Messages). Just try to call during Etsy business hours. The wait time is longer than it was some time ago, but it's good to speak to an actual person. You can ask to speak to a supervisor, too.

@ChillwolfArt there is no link, just the message "Darn, Looks like we cant load this message right now. If this keeps happening contact Etsy Support. I just tried to message my customer again.

@Joanovarts Aha! Try it on the computer (you can Message me if you like). I've not used the new Blue App, but have heard it can be glitchy.

@Joanovarts Yes, even though my Shop is on Vacation, you can Message me. I sometimes get Messages from other Sellers.
