clients complain that the correspondence is disappearing

Hello everyone.

This is not the first client to complain that my correspondence with him is disappearing. They create a new correspondence or it may appear again after a few days.

I have a lot of clicks and impressions in my store. Impressions are up to 10,000 per day, clicks are 100-120 minimum, but there are almost no orders. I'm sure there's a technical error in my store. At Etsy, he says no.

The chat I used to write to is now not working, as if the last operator did not finish it, that is, I am writing and there is no response from the chat, there is not even a response from the Bot that the operator will now connect, and so on.


Is there any other way to contact Etsy support???
