change bank information

Ive been trying to change my bank information now for more the 6 months. I have not been paid at all as the money is stuck in the old account. 

Etsy only reply with auto responses and never give you the right answer. I have put in the corrent account number for my old account and all i get is a red message saying the account number you have added does not match the number you have on file. Ive  looked this up and everyone is saying the same thing. 

Has anyone got a clue on what i can do? This is now very urgent  i really need to be paid from my customers. 

Etsy should really have a number or even a person who speaks good english that will understand the simply question i am trying to resolve. So pissed off with this now.

When etsy send an automated message, at the bottom it will asked whether this has resolved the issue. Reply to the email with "I still need help." and this will flag the issue to be viewed by an actual human.
