Previously when I have sold an item that has the option of a digital version I have been able to remove the tracking information when completing the order. However, on a few orders recently I haven't had the usual option of clicking the 'Not applicable for this item' that used to appear below the 'Tracking number' box. These affects my Star Seller eligibility as now it says I haven't provided tracking information for a few orders! -So frustrating.
On that notes it now also says I've missed the fast response star seller badge. I've literally never missed a message and always respond within a few hours... Sometimes I get multiple message treads from the same customer which is confusing but always reply to both to ensure I don't miss my fast response. I don't know what's going on here but there is no reason for me to not get that badge. Anyone else had issues with these?
