This has been going on since around 9 p.m. last night Toronto time. I have been trying to post a listing with no luck. Is this a site-wide problem? Does Etsy even know this is going on? Coming up on 24 hours now. This is definitely wearing thin. I saw on one of the other posts there's a link to notify Etsy. I'm going to give that a try.
@MagnetAndPinBoutique Yes, Etsy is aware of the problem, and has been aware of it for days now. No need to contact them, it just ties up support, and support can't fix it anyway. Only the techs can.
I'm not trying to renew, I'm trying to post a new listing. At this point I've just pretty much given up that thought. I made a note of my titles and keywords, so when they get this fixed I'll at least have those ready to go.
I can't renew either. but I am getting the "success" pop up then when I go to my expired it shows the same number of items expired. However when I went to my listings page some listings show today as the relist date but I didn't even try to do those ones.. I did those several days ago.. worried I'm going to get double or triple charged..
