cant renew expired listings or renew anything

Is anyone having trouble renewing listings or renewing expired listings? I cannot get past the spinning circle (which never stops)

Good suggestion fr. ChristmasIsLove.   There is another Thread in Tech. Issues, "Can't Publish or Save".  I copy/pasted THIS Thread just in case anything may be similar yet different and could help the OP  & others.
Now I'm seeing @girlygifts07  the vast amount of sales you have. And I know you are aware of what you're doing. I'm  puzzled for you and others posting to this Thread.  Of course, nothing is announced at the top of Tech. Issues (but that is often the case).

For all having issues, those on a computer, did you try unplug/plug back in modem. And of course make sure browsers are updated (as Etsy does not support older browsers).  If you are on an app (which I've never used; nor a mobile for Etsy), did you try un-installing and re-installing it?  
I really hope something helps you guys.

Thanks for the tips, however, I did clear cache, rebooted, logged out and back out, etc. Tried laptop and phone app...If I go into "listings" and click on the individual item, I can renew it. But when there is a reminder to renew a few listings at a time, it will not go past the spinning wheel.  Or if I am in a listing from my homepage or just editing, I can't renew without the spinning wheel... go figure! Hopefully it works itself out soon

As I came back to the computer, I received an ISP Connection  Device Pop Up Warning fr. Microsoft (device failed to connect).  At the same time there was no dial tone to my landline (it came on shortly afterward).  Then I saw your post, which the pop up was on top of. 
(This has been on/off.  Printed the da-n pg,. but we don't understand why.

I can renew expired listings by editing it first and then renew but can't renew non-expired items in my shop.

(Just in case you haven't tried the following) re" the non-expired items in your Shop:

- Go to your Shop.  Try Deactivating them (one at a time if you have to.  I always do it one at a time, but I don't have a lot of listings.  I just don't like "bulk editing" for anything.  Truthfully I don't trust it). 
You can make Edits when a listing is Deactivated.  Then you can Save any edits and RE-activate the listing (putting it back into your Shop).

I hope this will help.  In the meantime the problem needs to be fixed like yesterday.

I just renewed a bunch of items in two shops from the listing page. Try that if whatever you're doing isn't working.

Sometimes when I have trouble I switch from Chrome to Edge and that works--but not always.

ChristmasIsLove, I have been trying from the listings page and that doesn't work for me nor do editing first. I just wish Etsy would respond when there is a tech issue like this. It's the weekend and I always renew a lot of items. They're losing money also by not getting their .20 a pop on renewals so you'd think they'd get on it.

I can't renew any listings any way - unless I wait until they expire, then click on the listing and click the renew button at the bottom
