It needs to be 500px by 500px, anything smaller is likely to not upload, and anything larger is likely to be cropped.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache, logging out and in again, using different browsers, changing the logo via the app?
How do I add my logo in in the app.
Hi,
I've tried everything with regards to loading a shop icon on Etsy and it' quite simply doesn't work. It lets me browse for a file to upload but nothing uploads, whether its 500x500 px under 10mb, or higher or lower. I can browse the file to import, but nothing happens after that. It's like its disabled from importing, no matter what browser I'm using with a clear cache.
Any advice would be appreciated that's not mentioned above or on the official Etsy help page as I've tried it all.
Many thanks
I just successfully changed my icon and banner for the winter holidays. Are you on a laptop using a browser? I never have problems with uploading when done with a laptop. (MacBook Pro)
Many thanks!!!
I dont have a laptop but I tried uploading on a different PC and it worked for some reason.
It's doing that to me also but I'm a moble phone user I want to add my fist logo how ?
I was using Chrome on my Mac and it wasn't working, but I switched to Safari and uploaded it no problem!
i also had issues uploading with chrome, i switched to microsoft edge and had no problem
I had to change browsers and make sure the image was in the recommended pixels.
