Has anyone dealt with their shop being stuck in vacation mode even after verifying their info? I was prompted to update and verify my tax and personal details, which I did, and my dashboard shows that everything is confirmed. But my shop is still locked in vacation mode.
It’s been over 72 hours since I first contacted support, and I’ve sent multiple tickets, but there’s been zero response. The only email contact method isn’t working either—I’m not getting any replies. I’m at a loss here, as this is really impacting my business. Any ideas on what to do next? Appreciate any advice!
