cannot read thread: "This Content was Archived"

Admin: Are we meant to be able to read archived threads?

Are user access permissions incorrect?

I am getting notifications of replies to a thread as if it is active, but I don't have access to the relevant thread, just a blank page with "This Content was Archived".

"Archived" implies read only status, but there is no read access for me.

I had this the other day as well. This was an issue back in March when they updated the forum. Seems it was not fully corrected.

I haven't run across this yet. I have noticed that Etsy mods have had a larger presence here in recent weeks, though.
