cannot load photos

I haven't been able to load my photos to a listing for two days. Etsy says they are unable to do it and to contact them which is impossible. What do I do? I need to post!

Since there are not other reports of your issue, it's likely a problem with your device or ISP. Try clearing your cache, using a different browser, rebooting your router and device.

I can load photos but my updates will not save. I still have the old listing page, using Windows 10 and Chrome. 

Edit - after over 2 minutes of spinning, the page finally saved the new photos.

I was using the new listing page but like the old one better so I switched back. But, with this problem I switched back again to the new platform. Ugh.

I tried restarting my computer. I'll try clearing my cache etc. Thanks.
