cannot create new listings due to "categories" issue

HELP!!!!  Are others  still have issues with creating new listings.

When I try to  fill in "Categories" the program locks up. I see similar posts on here from 1-2 years ago, although I couldn't find anything newer than May 2025. Am I the only one still dealing with this?  I doubt it?

The only "work around" I have found is this: copying active listings, changing the pictures, information, etc. and posting the copy as a new listing. It seems to me like this should be "fixed" by now....

I have spent hours researching this issue to no avail. My technical support team has followed the suggestions regarding browsers, add-ons, etc to no avail. Etsy technical support does not respond to the issue when asked.  HELP....

There are some sellers reporting issues with Etsy today. So maybe that's the reason?

Clear your browser history, update web browser if using chrome, chrome will not tell you it needs to be updated and you have to go into settings then about chrome. Also when I do listings I just type in the name into listing and it populates
