can't edit or duplicate a listing

using brave on my desktop i'm trying to edit one change to a sold out listing before renewing. when i click on renew i receive an error message "please fix the following error to save your changes: core details". when i click on core details i receive another error message "this section is incomplete. please fix errors before publishing". there are no incomplete sections or missing details. i tried again using duplicate instead of edit and received the same error messages.

How old is the listing?  If it was made before the core details change, it might be easier simply to copy and make a new then trying to add in the core details.

Try a different browser.

it was a very recent listing that sold out. i just need to change the color. i found others were having this same issue 1 to 2 weeks ago but there was no update fix mentioned in that thread.

@KnotOriginal  Hi, You said you edited it before Renewing. Try Renewing it first, then make your edits (if you have a lot of edits, you can Deactivate the listing while you make your changes, then Reactivate it). Also, I don't know if you're using the App, but if so, use a browser instead.

@ChillwolfArt i'm using a browser on my desktop. it was such a pain i ended up taking @ArtDollsbyJD advice and copied to create a new listing. even doing that i kept getting red type error notices along the way to fill in details that were in sections i hadn't even gotten to yet.
