calculated shipping is not working

The last two order charged dbl on shipping  calculated shipping is not working and I have not changed anything - whats going  on

Were they multi item orders and they charged shipping twice? If so that's usually due to not having large enough box options set up in package preferences that will accommodate the combined measurements of multiple item orders.

Calculated options have disappeared from my shipping profiles. I can only offer free or fixed prices and there is no where to input the measurements and weights of a package when I'm setting up a new listing.

\I have tried my phone and two different browsers I have cleard my cache - nothing is working in the shop! - my other shop is fine
