A customer left a lovely heartfelt review but only gave 2 stars, which seemed odd. When I thanked her for her review I asked if she was unhappy with her purchase in some way so I could correct it. She said she tried to leave 5 stars but had trouble with the app- the star toggle kept stopping at 2.
I outlined the steps to edit her review on her computer and hope she'll be able to do that.
I don't know how to contact Etsy to report this, so I'm reaching out here. I see this has been an issue for others. Has this happened to you? How do we report technical glitches?

I always leave reviews via the buyer's app and never have that problem. Some buyers don't keep their app up to date.
I've had a few reviews where the text section of the review has been positive, but the customer has seemingly had an issue selecting the number of stars. I know I can contact the buyer and ask them to edit the review, but I'm highly aware that they've already taken the time to leave a review and don't want to cause them any hassle. I always link to the Etsy help page on editing reviews, but not all of my customers are tech savvy. It would be great if the process of selecting stars was more foolproof.
