anyone else having trouble uploading listing photos all of a sudden?

All of a sudden, I'm getting error messages when trying to upload listing photos.  It says photo width and height need to be less than 10,000 px.  Mine definitely are, I double checked plus I'm using the same size photos I've always used.  Anyway, I made it smaller and now the error message simply says that it's having trouble uploading the photo.  Is this a glitch on Etsy's end?  Anyone else experiencing this?

If you are using the new listing format, switch to the old one.  If you are using the newer blue mobile app, use the browser site for mobile.

Yes I am having trouble with a not enough resolution message. My photos are more than double the amount required. I am using the app. It’s not happening on all listings.
