i tried clicking on the community spotlight thread.

the one about what does your workspace look like.

access denied!

i tried clicking on a mandala pillow thread.

access denied!

i checked my email.

i have not been banned today.

can anyone see those threads?

I had looked at the pillow thread earlier. I think that one may have been removed (as a promotion?), because I don't see it now. So that might explain that one. I also get access denied on the Spotlight thread.

I had commented on the pillow thread, but that appears to be removed now as I can't even see it in the list.

I don't know if they considered promotion, or if it was just too similar to the other posts that seller had started recently. 

I don't see the workspace one either, but I hadn't commented or looked at it, so not sure where it was.

to the right of the threads.

on the front page of the forum.

I didn't look, but had the workplace thread been inundated with promotions?  Maybe they removed it.

Customarily, any of those threads are used for promotion.

Which, is why I rarely bother reading them.

Ah, I see it's still highlighted, but access to me is also denied. 

I think the theory it was removed due to becoming a hot spot for self promotion is a valid possibility.

it is weird they are promoting a thread that they are denying access to for possibly having promotions.

Many times I put my tablet down for a while and when I pick it up a few hours later the thread I was reading says 'Access Denied'. The point being that I think a lot more threads get removed than we realise.

It was just another reseller that posted too many threads so people would look at her shop. My guess would be a number of people flagged it for being promotional. I must have gotten taken down while I was typing my response. It was there when I started but gone when I hit respond. I’m tired and don’t feel well so it’s probably a good thing it didn’t post, I wasn’t as nice as we should be.

I get Access Denied (just tried).  Also, when you are on the main Forum Page, the "Workspace" Thread is showcased to the Right of the page. 

"Community Spotlight "> "Join the Discussion" (a Tab).  When clicked on, "Access Denied".

I put off reading the thread about selling fabric which apparently got heated and deleted. Fabric... who knew it would be so contentious!?
