I sell digital items in my etsy shop where customers can download the products instantly, today I noticed that the On-time shipping and tracking criteria is added to my star seller page, which makes my July progress: Not quite there yet.
My shop had the star seller badge for more than 6 month now.
Any thought on how I can fix this problem would much appreciated.
