NO HELP FROM ESTY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had pattern for like two years it never worked I paid contact to Esty nobody ever got back to me.

so I just stop using the platform, I came back I said you know what I’m going to take a pattern off and just use the regular platform. Now all I do is have login issues, I reset my email to fix that still having issues. The old email it doesn’t work so I can log in via Google but that’s it.

when I login on Safari my store comes up with all of my listing items but when I login on the esty app it says that all of my listings are an inactive. I’m just annoyed at this point and want my money back for paying for crap that doesn’t work has anyone gotten any help from esty.

I saw at least one sold listing that Etsy would classify as Counterfeit (unless you have paid Chanel for licensing).
