I get Zendesk support tickets with something like this.

NONE of the links work. They go to dead pages. I look under my support tickets and NONE of mine are there since 2+ months ago, even though I have about 3 or 4 tickets since then.
If they are not available, you may need to open a new support ticket under Contact us .
