ZENDESK Support Links don't work, and none of my recent support tickets can be found.
I get Zendesk support tickets with something like this.
Your request #1733XXXX with Etsy Support has been updated. To add additional comments please visit https://shopmanager.zendesk.com/hc/requests/1733XXXX or simply reply to this email, or view your other requests at https://help.etsy.com/hc/requests
NONE of the links work. They go to dead pages. I look under my support tickets and NONE of mine are there since 2+ months ago, even though I have about 3 or 4 tickets since then.

If they are not available, you may need to open a new support ticket under Contact us .
