My Shop Manager has a pop-up box stating that my account has been suspended but there is nothing in my messages and no email received to advise why this is. I have no balance and was just going to start listing some items to sell. How can I rectify this?

Unfortunately, this one that the forums really can't guess at for you - you'll need to contact support to pursue whether it's an ID verification issue or something else.
The important note that I've heard is to not start new support requests as that sends you to the bottom the pile, just keep escalating the original one until you receive some help.

I see you only have PayPal. Are you in a country that is eligible for Etsy payments?

I see you've had one sale already. When that happens Etsy will ask you to provide your ID documents. Did you send it to them already? Check your email (including junk mail folder). If you can't find an email from Etsy or a prompt in your dashboard (I'm not quite sure how it works) then you will need to contact support.
If you are in Canada then you will need to enrol in Etsy Payments - go to your finance page.

You are in Canada? You need Etsy payments and not PayPal. IF you moved to Canada from another country, you need to close and open a new shop.
Etsy may also require tax information.
Sometimes the emails are late or they are stopped by your email provider.
Contact Etsy under Community in the shop manager. Contact us. You may have chat on the dashboard.

@ThisandthatOhmy If you haven't been here a while, are you aware off Offsite Ads?
Everyone is opted into them, you need to choose to opt out, if you want. Otherwise, it could be an extra 15% in fees if a Buyer clicks on an Offsite ad.
