Etsy says that I will receive the 6-digit security code as a text message when logging in, but I don't get any code. My 2fa control is open but I don't use any authenticator. I have orders now and I can't log in to my panel. Where should I write about this issue. When I want to log in to the Etsy support page, it asks for a username and password again and when I enter it, it says that the security code will come as a text message. Can you help urgently?

when you set up 2fa on etsy, they would have given you 10 codes to use in an emergency like this, use one of those.

when you try to log in, etsy asks you for the authentication code,

you need to use one you haven't used before

try using one at the bottom of the list

if it doesn't work, that was the list from your other store
