New APP - I can not cancel an order on my IPhone

I have to say I really dislike the new Etsy app.   I found the older one so much more user friendly.  I tried to cancel a customers order on the new app and I can't complete the task.   After I write my comments,  my "keypad" covers the "Submit Button" and I can't figure out how to minimize it.   I had to wait until I could access my desktop to cancel and refund the order.  I'm using an iphone.  Any suggestions?

You can also go to the web site and not use the app. I was selling when the app first came out and tried it for about 3 days and went back to working on line instead. My iPad is all I ever used to run my stores.

Don't have an iphone, but on android you can tap elsewhere on the page to make the keyboard go away.

Just tried on my iPhone and you're right - if you write comments, the "Submit" button disappears.  The "Submit" button does remain visible if you don't add any comments.

@DolphinMoonCreations: You could always try using your mobile browser instead of the app.

Long-press any regular text on the rest of the screen as if you're going to try to copy it. It won't select the text but when you let go the keyboard disappears.

Inconvenient but it works. 🫶🏻
