also i tried to reset my password also showing this message :

I contacted them through email and their email form, but no one responded, i still receiving messages from buyer so my account is not closed

Wow! Don't hold your breath waiting for Etsy to contact. I can feel your angst. Did you enter the incorrect password perhaps, and then try to re-enter too many times within a few minutes? This will frequently cause a problem. Have you tried using a different browser? Try signing into Etsy as a guest, and not as a seller. See what happens. Good luck and keep the forum updated on your progress.

i tried different browsers but same issue, needs to be resolved by etsy, maybe cause i travel a lot and i open my account in different places

Your one review from May shows a listing for a World Cup jersey from 2022.  Did you list that as handmade, vintage or a craft supply?

If there has been a security issue with your shop, Etsy can take several days to sort it all out, and in the meantime, they close it so nothing else can go wrong. 

However, looking at the cache of your shop, your only feedback was for an item that cannot be sold here, so there could be more than one issue with your shop. You will have to wait for Etsy to respond to find out.

its vintage, and its allowed to sell them since its original and vintage

@Madeupshoes No, Vintage on Etsy is 20 years or older. 2022 is not vintage.

Items must be 20 years or older to qualify as vintage. So your 2022 World Cup jersey cannot be listed here. Try eBay.
