You just purchased 0 labels - 1 label failed to purchase

No matter what I try to do I consistently get this message while trying to purchase my shipping labels off etsy: You just purchased 0 labels - 1 label failed to purchase. 

I have added another payment method etc etc.. Still doesn't work. 

Anybody have any ideas of what is going on?

Just letting you know it's not just you. I have had this happening for months. Unfortunatly I have no idea what the problem is. I have to go to the Post Office web site to get my postal labels. Hopefully ETSY will find a solution.
