Hi,

I've just made my first sale as a new seller. When I completed the order and went to print a label this error message appeared:

You just purchased 0 labels 1 label failed to purchase

I'm still awaiting Etsy to verify my bank account. Could this be the problem?

Hi, yes it did, thanks. There was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing but I got there in the end! I felt a little bit in the dark about it but thankfully got it sorted.
