I misentered a tracking number and the order still shows In Transit. (Was delivered based on the correct tracking number). My Star Seller status shows the tracking number missing for this order which I incorrectly put in the number. How do I get this changed so the order shows delivered and I don't get dinged on my Star Seller status. I have copies of all the necessary reports to show delivered and tracking number was entered.
If you manually enter the number, it is a good idea to check that you entered it correctly. You have 3 days to correct. You can contact Etsy but chances are based on responses received by others, Etsy won't change.

I don't know if they will retroactively adjust your Star Seller status (as they usually don't), but they should be able to substitute the correct tracking number on the order.
Thank You but I don’t even know where to send Etsy seller service a message regarding this. When I looked up “contact us” I was directed to here. Uggh!
