My message is in the seller app messaging but never got to the customer. They think i did not reply. I went back to regular Etsy app and sent another message with screenshots showing that I really did reply. This new seller app has too many glitches. My listings disappear all the time and searches are awful. Way better in the old app. Please fix the messaging and has anyone else had these issues???
