Wrong tax info, I can not change it! Also ID is not checked by etsy!

Hi everyone!

I just read some of you also having problems with tax info.

I have had a lot of customer service contact about this but nobody is offering any help!

My owner ID was given multiple times but it still says I need to send it of my shop will be put in vacation mode.

I added the wrong tax info and want to change it, but the system says: waiting for validation.

I am completely stuck and not getting paid either.

How can this be fixed? Is there ANYTHING that can be done to make Etsy do something about the situation?

The chat agent just left me hanging, ignoring me. 

I am getting desperate, and I suspect I am far from being the only one dealing with this

Your shop is open so is this a banner in the tax payment area?  After 30 days Etsy will suspend a shop.

It sounds like you need to contact Etsy via email and explain that you entered information incorrectly and you need to have it cleared so you can enter the correct information.  The first email received back will be generic.  Just respond back that you still need help.

Email is found under Help called Contact us in the shop manager.
