Wrong shipping dates.

I got a sale on the 24th of this month. It said I had to ship it by the 27th. I had to do something that randomly popped up on that day. So I went to change the date (yesterday) to the 28th (today) but it showed that I had missed the shipping date by 1 day, which meant that it had changed it to the 26th. I am now not able to qualify for Star Seller next month. But it still let me change the date to today. Even though you can’t do it if you are late on an order, which shows perfectly that something messed up. It no longer says I’m late with the order, at least for me, on my end. But the support people say that I missed it. None of them are understanding my issue and it feels like they are discreetly saying I am wrong. I’m still not able to qualify for star seller now, even though it 100% seems like the automated system messed up. I have found people that have had stuff like this happen to them as well, so it is not just me.

Re: Wrong shipping dates.

It is an automated system. When you accidentally reset the date, it automatically clicked over to "missed shipping date". There's no going back.

This happened to me once when I tried to push out the date a few weeks, and it glitched and defaulted back to the same day when I pressed save.

Etsy Help can't adjust the metrics for you. It's all automated.

Better luck next time.

Re: Wrong shipping dates.

We probably shouldn't even be trying to help you, due to the IP infringement in your shop (unless you have licenses for Pokemon and Apex Legends, which you need to state in your shop).

Re: Wrong shipping dates.

@DudleycarCreations: "...It said I had to ship it by the 27th. So I went to change the date (yesterday) ..." Changes to the scheduled ship by date need to be made BEFORE the original scheduled ship by date, so if you shipped on the 28th you were one day late.

And as mentioned by @KKbraceletsandmore you need to include the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted images and names in your shop, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. And a buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally and people in the forum will be to help you.
