Hello everyone please can someone tell me one thing when I received order there are coming some options to me when I processed my order after processed order they ask me my bank account money if u have 100€ then u will be complete your order then they told me that’s processing Etsy it’s that true please ?

@Cheapermark: It is NOT an order - real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.

Be sure to mark the message as SPAM so that it does not affect your stats.

While you are reading the above suggestions, you may want to read what is legal to sell on Etsy.  Do YOU actually make those jackets?

This is a scammer; don't click anything or engage with these goons. A Buyer will never need your email for an Order.  Etsy has your email.  When you have an Order, it will appear in the "Orders & Shipping" Page (Left Column in your Shop Dashboard).  If it isn't there, you have no order.

Also, should you EVER get a Message from LEGIT Etsy Support/Staff, etc., it will appear in the "From Etsy" Folder (in Messages).  If it isn't there, Mark the Message as Spam (just so you don't get dinged for S Seller). 

I really hope this helps you. And I'm sorry you were targeted by scammers.  Many Sellers (new and seasoned), have been and still are. For those scammers impersonating Etsy Staff, there should be a way to cut them off at the start. It's beyond time for that.

It's a scammer, trying to scam you, like someone trying to scam a customer into thinking a jacket is handmade rather than available on Aliexpress for £12. Like that.
