Wrong price displayed on item in someone's cart?

I do my listings on my laptop. My curator checks our progress occasionally with her desktop. This odd occurrence has happened three times, only on her computer: For example: When the price of an item is $18.00, and then someone put the item in their cart, it shows the price as $18.00, with the message that "one person has this in their cart". If that person doesn't buy right away, the next day the price displayed is $21.96. Why would this happen? We did not raise the price while someone has it in their cart! My laptop always shows the price correctly, but on her computer the price is higher. Can the customer see the higher price? How can I correct this?

Will

Is she logged in to her own account? What are her currency settings?

$21.96 would also be the price of $18.00 + 22% VAT

(I see it as $21.60 because i'm viewing logged into my UK account, and the UK VAT is 20%)

Same thing happening to one of my listings.  Right now it is sitting in someone's cart for 107. and some cents.  My list price is 89.99.  These figures show both on my laptop and my desktop.  Just a plain mystery to me.

IT's displaying $107.99 to me, because it's got 20% VAT added to $89.99.

There's clearly a VAT display issue happening here, it's too coincidental not to be.

But I sell in USA only.  Wonder if I should cancel, and relist; otherwise it would not sell?

ETA:  Looking back, when they automatically erased our own-worded policies, that "sell in the USA only" was also eliminated...now, what???  Pulling my hair again, need some help.

If I looked logged out, it's showing as $89.99.

If you're looking at it from a USA logged in account, you should see $89.99 also.

If you look at the listing logged out, what price do you see?

I'm wondering if there's a logged in account display issue going on.

@CappuccinoLace  Sorry, having problem nestling my response under you just flipping pages, and coming back and forth to read.

Lately, I have to log in and out of Etsy, since I cleaned my cache because I think my laptop and my desktop are not talking the same.  Then the mysteries happening.  I still see it as 107.19 instead of 89.99.

Re: Wrong price displayed on item in someone's cart?

Is this in shop main page and on listing page, or just on shop page?

The wrong price on shop homepage is a bug, you have to "edit" the listing (don't change anything) save, and its fine.

It is on the shop page under sales channels.  I edited and saved but did not work, still showing 107.09.

Perhaps I'll ask chat.  Um, oh!  Chat icon is also a problem.  Works on Desktop but not on laptop.

Sorry, did not mean to take over the post.  Need more training to post and nestle anyway.  Thanks @CappuccinoLace , appreciate your help.
