Wrong calculations on reviews

We got to many reviews but it's not effect on my star seller batch

Please keep in mind that the review rating on your shop home page is calculated for a different time period than for Star Seller.

Hey There!

The new reviews score is calculated by taking the average star rating for all reviews left for your shop in the last three months. To calculate, add all the stars you receive for the review period then divide it by how many reviews you received. Sample computation 3 5star, 2 4star and 1 1star (15+8+1=24 divided to 6 =4).
