I have done all the set up steps including my business info, bank verification but customers are getting the message
All payment methods for this shop are temporarily unavailable.
and are unable to check out. I didn't understand why no sales until a customer reached out to me via messages about this.
I did submit a ticket but I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue and what did you do to correct it.
I do have a business website with square but I don't know if I can redirect the customer there or not.

I hate to discourage you, but if you are seeing that it means that your Etsy payments methods was not set up correctly or has been deactivated. Did you set it up to accept Etsy payments or just PayPal?
I thought etsy payments
I am also facing the same issue. Got to know when a customer messaged. I have raised a ticket with Etsy Support. No idea yet.
@LaaghiCouture the payment method icons are missing from your shop. This usually happens when Etsy is verifying ID for new shops (usually shortly after the first few sales). However they usually put the shop on forced vacation - I guess sometimes that goes wrong and the shop looks open, but I suspect it should show as 'on vacation'.
Make sure all your tax and legal information is filled in and government issued ID has been submitted. If you are trading as a company (rather than an individual) then verification can take longer.
