My star seller stats are wrong - it's saying three are missing tracking info, which is completely incorrect and all tracking info is plainly seen and trackable in each order. How can I get this fixed so it doesn't impact star seller status? I've seen many others post about this so clearly it's a technical issue that needs to be addressed and resolved sitewide.
@LehouxArt: As you mentioned, this issue has been addressed in numerous threads on this forum. How long ago did you ship? Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status.
That being said, there have been issues with order status not updating correctly and the Etsy moderators in this forum have been able to fix that sometimes.
Thanks for your response. The dates saying the tracking is missing are 9/22, 9/25 and 10/14, so if that was the case, then they should already be updated already.
