Hey, I just started a store and selling some stuff from printify. On printify the items are listed at correct price in USD f.ex 10 USD.
But on etsy it shows my listings at the same price but in NOK (Norwegian currency) which is 10x lower than USD. So a 10 USD item is esensially listed as a 1 USD item.
Is this on my end or what i going on here?
All printify does is sync the number. Etsy is already setup with a currency symbol based on your shop currency.
Then, Etsy listing says NOK, and printify syncs 10.00 = 10.00NOK.
If you want it is USD, you either change your shop currency to USD, and pay 2.5% to convert to NOK when etsy pays you, or put in printify the NOK price, ignoring printify's USD symbol (which is how they tell you to do it)
If you click on your name in your dashboard (bottom left) - Click on your profile -there you will find a tab called preferences and can choose language and default currency
I have done that but the prices still remain in NOK and therefore to 1/10 of the actuall price..

Aha, thanks!
Last year my currencies kept jumping from Euro to GBP at least 3 - 4 a day eventually it seemed to get sorted after about a month, have you tried contacting Etsy through Live Chat? the live chat box should appear in your dashboard in about 2 hrs time
