Won't let me print off shipping label, only lets me refund?? Help!

So I printed off a good handful of shipping labels on monday (34) but I misplaced my stack of labels? I think my room mate moved them and don't know where they are. No big deal! I'll go back and re-print them. Well, It's not letting me reprint. It only gives me the option to refund. Do I just need to request a refund for all of these and then reorder them???! Is this a technical issue, I ordered them all on the 26th it's the 29th now. Is it just too late? Any advice??

It's only giving you the option to refund the labels or the orders? 

When were the orders suppose to ship?

Was only allowing me to refund the labels. I got it figured out with refunding and reprinting didn't realise etsy had a deadline? So I'll be more careful about my labels after I print them off!

@Beargrave: Is it after the date you initially said you would ship on when you created / printed the labels? If so, many implementations do not allow reprinting of labels after the declared ship date.

It was for the day after I purchased them which put me a day after when they were going out. Should've been an obvious thing but I've just never had this issue personally or ran into with. (I tend to try not and have my things misplaced by room mates lol!)

You can purchase up to 4 new labels for each order BUT just understand that your buyers have already been sent shipping notifications for their order ... if you purchase new labels, your buyers will be confused and they will think they are actually getting 2 packages!  In that case, will need to message all your buyers and explain as to why you failed to ship their orders out in a timely manner and why they are getting yet another shipping notification.  As for a refund, you should be able to select refund label ... it will take a while (10 days?) to get the refund back into your account.  Good luck!

To reprint within the time frame you use the little icon in the upper left.  If the deadline has passed you need to purchase new labels and ask for refund on the others,  Sorry that's way it works.
