I'm posting here in hopes that SOMEONE from Etsy will read this and HELP ME. I run several shops here on Etsy. I have been locked out of one of them (and my most productive by far) , Ashes2AshesMemorials due to a suspicious login according to the Etsy Trust and Safety Team.
I received one response asking me to answer some security questions, which I did immediately, and that is the last thing I've heard. I've sent some follow-up emails as well and have heard zero. The incident ID for this case is [removed].
I understand I am not unique and that this seems to happening way more often than it should. I'm also grateful that there is a team who tries to protect us from malicious activity. BUT, there HAS to be a way for us to clear up these issues in a timely manner. I'm still getting emails from my shop and I'm still getting orders. I now have over 12 orders that need to be shipped. I am shipping all of these orders using another method so that my customers don't have to wait. However, the orders will still show as not shipped as far as Etsy is concerned. I also need to do regular listing maintenance which I am unable to do.
Etsy, please help!

Sorry you are experiencing this. Etsy can take some time to resolve issues. Keep responding to their email & don'topen another ticket about the same issue.
In the meantime...
If you have more than one Etsy account, you must list all of them in the Public Profile section of each account.

As far a shipping. Make your own labels and ship them yourself. Keep the receipt with the tracking numbers. Then go to your shop/orders. Mark each order complete, put in the name of the shipping carrier ie USPS or FedEx etc and the tracking number. I always print my copy of the order and attach the shipping receipt to it in case I need it later and to be sure the shipping information is for the correct order.
