Cannot edit my slogan + owner description + FAQ?

I'm unable to save changes I make to my slogan, owner description and FAQ. When I go to 'Edit', I can change all these things but nothing is actually saved permanently. When I put in a certain slogan, it goes back to my old one (although it does save in the 'Edit' window). I have tried all different buttons to Edit, different browsers etc. but nothing works. Somehow I'm also able to delete things successfully, but not edit them. All of this is super frustrating since my owner description and FAQ contain information that is no longer relevant. I also of course cannot actually reach Etsy so that's great. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Also, strangely my information seems to be correct in the app but not in my laptop browser.

Are you clicking "Save" at the bottom of the page after you make the changes? It sounds like you may be omitting that final step.

There are invidiual save buttons with each category with the slogan, FAQ etc., which I always press. My changes do save, except not on my actual page, but only in the 'Edit' window. Very strange. Also, for me there is no central 'save' button at the end of the page.
