I had trouble to verifying my bank account, and I sent the request for help to Etsy support. but I did not get a response.
Does anyone know why?
Additional information:
I got the wrong document from the bank before and used it to try to verify my bank account too many times.
I am out of the number of verifying bank accounts, can not do the verification now.
After I fill in all the bank information and press the "save and verify account", the page just tells me I have reached the max number of attempts to verifying bank account. and let me contact Etsy support to reopen my shop.
I sent a request for help 3-4 times to Etsy support, but no one responded to my request.
Why did no one response?
Probably because of what you are selling - IP infringement!
No. our products are all good and totally qualified with Etsy policy.
What I am trying to say is no one responded to my request.
you say you are in sweden.
but your shoes ship from hong kong.
you do not have a production partner.
where do you live.
where is your bank located.
Hi
Thank you for your response!
It is not the point.
The point is no one has responded to my request at all.
Whatever the reason or whatever the issue is on my end, someone should get back to me, right?
But now, my request just got no reply.
it is the point.
there is a reason i asked.
and a reason you did not answer.
good luck with etsy support.
NIKE emblem knockoff would be considered IP infringement.
Etsy does not support sellers who violate their Terms of Use.

"Unauthorised replicas or copies of items, and patterns or designs enabling their creation, are prohibited on Etsy. We consider counterfeit or unauthorised goods to be items that imitate an authentic good, particularly by using a brand’s name, logo, or protected design without the brand owner’s consent. Additionally, we may consider up-cycled or re-purposed items, even if using authentic materials, to be counterfeit if they are making use of a brand's name, logo, or protected design without their permission."

We already have the orders and delivered to the consumer.
All good!

@PandaPrankCustomized Etsy doesn't vet items. You're altering Nike sneakers which is both infringing on their brand and counterfeiting. Nike could have Etsy take down your listings. Another possibility is if Etsy takes a look at your items when answering your request, they could just suspend your whole shop.
You have gotten your answer. Accept it and move on.
"...No. our products are all good and totally qualified with Etsy policy."
NO, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS WRONG. Do you see the checkmark on the side of the shoe in your main store banner? That is a well known trademark of Nike Shoes. It is recognized all over the world. You cannot use it. That is trademark infringement. It also falls under the counterfeit brand rules.
We are not allowed to help people who infringe on other people's brands. Etsy Support won't help you either. They will never approve your bank account, and you will never receive the money you have already collected.
Etsy declining to acknowledge your request is their answer.
Why do you have a returns accepted policy but then say no returns in your descriptions? On top of the already noted infringement, you're opening yourself up to a lot of problems here including payment reserve and permanent closure. Just know that with the current $250 seller protection policy, your refund policy, and your actual location; if a buyer complains, Etsy will refund them out of your funds and you won't get Nike's shoes back either.
