Please anyone let me know what is happening ?
Is this how you deal with the Seller who has been connecting you and appealing you for your own errors everyday and you are just ignoring the messages and appeals.
You are not providing a single answer why my account is on holiday and when it will restart .
Its been more than half month and I have no productivity in my financial status as you have put my shop on holiday in the season where I try my hard to fulfil my business.
If this done by your errors ( Etsy Errors which your Help Support is saying straight ) ,are you going to be responsible for my loss , do you know how much I try for getting my Etsy Standards balanced , you probably will lose ending my Star Badges and allowing for the cases which is not done by me.
It states your shop will be shut down within a month if no response , but nobody is providing me any proofs for my mistake , connecting etsy for support is such a helpless thing they just put the blame on Upper Department and let us suffer.
Please let me know who will be responsible for such things , how can a seller will make a business with you if you are able to handle the your own errors for more than 18 to 20 days.

however, looking at your previous post, you failed the selling standards....
your review average for your shop, as a whole, is 3.5
the review average calculated at the last review was
28x5, 2x4, 1x2, and 5x1
that's 155 stars over 36 listings, which is 4.3
as you can only have 4 reviews to be 3* or lower in the review period, for the service standard, you miss that too, as you have 6
for the "current" review period, you have 15x5, 2x4, and 3x1, which is also 4.3
Are you also the owner of Robe on? from the reviews in both shops, they seem to be the same items. If yes, did you declare you owned both these shops? if not declared, then this could be your issue.
If you do not own this other shop, then the similarity in items and font may have caused the AI to think otherwise
Unless Etsy tells you, there is not much you can do but wait

No i am not the owner of this shop and as according to etsy my shop has been on holiday due to cases I received which upheld when they first time suspended my shop in an error as soon as I regained my shop etsy has informed the buyers to file the case and take refunds as my shop was no longer able to sell on Etsy and there were lots of cases which Etsy has refunded within a second ( also in some of the cases the orders were also delivered but I was in total loss as buyers received refunds as well as their products ) and this leads me to not match the standard of customer service stats policy.
we can see you don't meet the review selling standard, so etsy would have put you on vacation anyway,
if you also don't meet the case standard too,
there really isn't any point posting here
you will either work it out with etsy privately, or you won't
your previous thread was closed saying etsy will look into it, this probably will to - but looking into it, does not mean they will do it soon, or find in your favour
start looking at alternative outlets asap
CraftyCornishMaids as I have mentioned you multiple times I have filed a appeal with Etsy Help, I am Calling daily to Etsy from last 21 days no one is giving me an appropriate answer. Even After filling a appeal there is not a single reply from etsy from last 21 days I can share you the screenshots also.
posting here won't help, only etsy can help
it will just be closed with a note saying Any further communication on the matter, if applicable, will only occur directly with you, and via email.

I would look at alternative outlets asap, you have already wasted 21 days, don't waste any more
@FashionWorldBride Posting here will not help. Contacting Etsy daily will not help. Etsy does the legal side of things via email and not phone calls.
If you have an email from Etsy, reply back to that you still need help. Proceed from there.
Sadly there is nothing we can really do for you.
They are not responding since 25 days thats why we need help.
