Why is my Star seller message badge incorrect?

I recently missed replying to 2 messages in February within 24hours- this took my percentage replied from 100% to 89%. Since that date I have replied to 17 messages within 24hours- plus added auto reply to prevent it happening again. However I am still only on 90%. How can that be?

On this calculation it is gong to take me at least a year to get my star seller back!

the number you have to reach is 95%

so 95 out of a 100 have to be good

which is also 19 out of 20

that means, with basic arithmetic, for every one that is missed, you need another 19 to balance it, to calculate to 95%

......

Star seller is calculated over the previous 3 months, anything older than that is ignored when the calculation is done on 1st of the month,

so 1st June, will calculate March , April and May - none of February's will be included, good or bad..... it won't take a year, unless you continue to not reply to them

Thank you didn't realise that but still frustrating as 17 on time replies and only 2 missed has penalised me.

that is 19 replies, with 17 on time

the arithmetic is

17/19x100 = 89.47%

so 100% correct

Star seller takes the previous 3 months into account.  Your missed February messages will drop out of the calculations in June.  If you keep replying to all messages (and keep up the rest of your star seller data) you'll have the badge back on June 1.
