Why is it my fault when the shipper does not provide tracking information to Etsy?

As of right now, I will not make Star Seller for June 2024 because one of the shippers used by one of Printify's partners has not provided tracking information to Etsy. Why is that my fault?

Because you chose Printify and the manufacturer they use.  You are ultimately resposible for the shipping of the item.

This is from Etsy:

"Handmade items are items that are made and/or designed by you, the seller." 

You took a stock image and sent it to the POD company. How is it handmade? 

Be sure to check what you can and can't sell (or provide permissions).

You are the seller and legal shop owner, which is why you are responsible for every aspect of your business.

This is the primary drawback of the POD model, you as the seller, are responsible for all aspects of the transaction.  The printer, the shipper, and Etsy all reap the benefits with no customer service responsibility.

I get penalized because Etsy does not offer international shipping for letter size so no tracking number. I ship same day and reviews all say fast shipping but I have 84%. Makes no sense! Now Etsys shipping is not working for me for some reason and my score keeps dropping for their tech issue!

@TCuriousLookingGlass International packages require a Customs form where you declare merchandise value.  You can't put a Customs form on letter mail.  International orders need to be shipped as packages in order to conform to both US law and the laws of the country where you are shipping the merchandise.  

This isn't Etsy, it is international law.  Sorry.

The reason etsy doesn't offer international letter option, is that you have sold the item, it is merchandise,

and the USA does not allow merchandise to be sent as letter
