I’ve decided to reopen my Etsy shop after 2 years and for whatever reason, I cannot for the life of me set up my delivery profile (I am in Canada btw) and Etsy support is not helpful to say the least. It’s been 8 days now and I keep getting the same error “we cannot save your profile” it’s really frustrating and annoying at this point. I have tried it on safari, chrome, the app - literally everything. Nothing.
