Why is Etsy support not doing their job?

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now for manual approval of my documents to open a new Etsy store. My cases are being closed with no response and no success. I don't get emails, I don't have any response. After I write to the support from there, they answer me that they are a completely different department and they can't do anything. It took 6 months for them to manually approve the documents for my previous store. 6 months!! Is this normal? Sales fees and commissions take them by the second. But when they have to do their part of the job - nothing!

@ArabicSpells  What products is your new shop going to sell? Is there a way for you to re-check that all of the information you provided is correct?
