I see the deposit on Monday which still isn't in my bank account yet (but figured that with time it was deposited late). BUT I made sales yesterday and now today I see $0 for deposit due and ONLY today's order amount in current balance. So that means it lost my entire day's of sales. Anyone else see this issue?
And I have been here since 2009 - I know how the accounting works. I should have money deposited today as well.
EDITED TO ADD: MY ERROR. Yes I had money due and it WAS distributed this morning before I woke up. So usually it is around 1pm CST - but today's was early morning. So just scroll through your payment account info to see it.
Well it was MY error. My deposit already went in for yesterday's orders. Usually it doesn't until 1pm CST so when I woke up to see $0, I assumed it was an mistake. I contacted Etsy chat which they were very understanding and explained it went through. At the same time someone from my mentor group let me know it went in earlier. I scrolled through my payment and there it was this morning. So it was just distributed much earlier today.
My deposit was scheduled for yesterday, today it says it is scheduled for today. My funds are always in my bank the next day, so still waiting
Not sure but I'm having the same issue
I have daily deposits and they transferred it super early this morning. I haven’t seen my money in my bank account yet from yesterday either. I think because it is from a different processor. Seems like they are slower.

Thank you for admitting it was a mistake on your end, not looking through the details to see it was deposited. Sincerely. So many people are quick to blame and point the finger, but never retract when they realize it was their error.
