Why are my shop prices in Pound Sterling instead of US Dollars?

Been on Etsy for over a decade, and this is a new one - - all of a sudden my shop prices are in British Pound Sterling instead of USA Dollars.

Yes, I am on the same exact page I always use (it is set as my home page on my browser).
I am assuming this is a glitch, as I also see it on other shops - I took a quick peek around.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

I see them in USD. Check your viewing currency at the bottom of the screen.

This is weird, my shop settings were changed to UK. I changed them back, but am now worried why they were changed.

No sense in worrying over Etsy glitches.

Normally I wouldn't worry, but this requires logging into my shop account settings in order to change them. Password Change Day!

There are 2 separate sets of user settings:

• If you are logged out on a browser then your user settings are saved using a browser cookie for that browser. These settings can be different from your user account settings.
• If you are logged in then your settings are saved on the Etsy servers. Note that if you have different logged in user settings on the Apps they can override your website settings.
