Can't print shipping scan sheet

This is the third shipping week in a row that I am not able to print a scan sheet. When I click on the button to create the scan sheet after I've chosen all the labels just printed it does nothing. Sometimes it will start to "spin" and then that disappears within a split second and nothing. Taking over 60 boxes to the post office that they have to scan or me, is not making them happy. I've reported this before to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried everything including clearing cache and cookies which is the all time favorite response.

I think you can go to the purchased labels page and (sometimes) get it to work there? I buy my labels on PirateShip to avoid Etsy label glitches.

That is where I'm trying as I don't know anywhere else that I could do it from

And when I try to print from the main order page under completed instead of on purchased labels it says that they are already included on a scan form but as mentioned I was never given a scan form to print.

I'm having the same problem. I have tried different browers from my laptop, I have tried on my phone and every time it goes to a blank page, at the top it says "about". My mail lady it a bit upset because she's having to scan all of my packages also.

@ZiaDesignDungeon   Are you including any international?  Some sellers are having trouble if any international is included.

Do all the packages have the same ship date and did you include all on one scan sheet?

Are you selecting to print a scan sheet after all the packages are ready?  Not making a scan sheet when the box is open? 

I do scan sheets and have not had issues with making a scan sheet for more than one package.  I make a scan sheet after all packages are prepared and labeled.  I don't do international so that issue is only one I have heard about.  Are you checkmarking the ones you want and then clickin on the Create USPS scan form?

If you are not seeing this, you might have an extension that is interfering.
