Why are my listings not ranking when I search on my phone?

When I search for my listings, they rank quite highly and I can see them at the top of a page from my computer (even when I am not logged into Etsy). They used to also show at the top when I searched from my phone, up until today. I noticed my sales had dropped and when I tried searching for my top ranking listings on my phone, I can't see them anywhere. But I can find them at the top of the results when I search from a PC?

Any ideas.

This explains why my sales are down as most people order through their phones!

Hi there! Have you been able to resolve this? I've been having the same issue for the past few days: my listings show up on some devices and browsers and not on others, and my sales have been cut in half since Thursday. Not sure if it's a technical issue on Etsy's side!

Hi You could ask Etsy support fro answer but you may not get one. Etsy works differently from Browser to Browser device to device, cookies also play a part as does visibility rotation of shops and products
